This is necessary in the light of the testimony of Ms Hadiza Natasha Akpoki to the House of Representatives, currently investigating the circumstances around the concession of the Ajaokuta Steel complex and the Itakpe Iron Ore plant. Nigeria is a blessed country. We have a lot of things in abundance. In fact, we are the classic illustration of the Rime of the Ancient Mariner: 

Day after day, day after day,
We stuck, nor breath nor motion;

And all the boards did shrink;

Nor any drop to drink.

Information Technology is a very useful tool, to bring some level of accountability into our daily lives, using metrics, data gathering and analyses.
